Order

1. Send in your form
2. I contact you with your confirmed slot and finalize price 
3. I send an invoice-- I only start working after payment is received
4. I send you a WIP-- a monochrome sketch in most cases--and ask about initial edits
5. Once approved, I complete the commission
6. Final edits made based on feedback, or you let me know you've received the piece
7. Optionally, tip through Ko-Fi ! ♥

Payments

• Payment options are Paypal, Venmo, or Stripe.
• ​Payment is expected in full before the commission is started.
• Installments can be scheduled for higher price points or multiple pieces (see ToS).

Works-in-Progress (WIP)

• All commissions come with a WIP stage (see above) 
• Additional WIP checks can be requested for an additional fee
• You can request to not receive a WIP to decrease turnaround time

​Complexity Guide & Fees

Additional fees for complex characters begin anywhere past the detail of the Green example. 

Common features that may characterize complex designs: long, textured hair; multiple patterns, lace or frills, multiple accessories or jewelry, wings, large color palettes, transparencies in clothes, multiple limbs, multiple layers of clothes, tattoos, furries with long fur or many markings. 

Simple character designs may qualify for a discount lower than listed price! This discount is offered at my own discretion. 
Features of a simple design are basic, one layer of clothing; medium to short, one-color hair; small color palettes.

🚀I Was a Teenage Exocolonist Commission Policy:

It is an incredible honor for fans of the game to have enjoyed the artwork and characters. I absolutely love talking to fans of the game and seeing your Exocolonist-inspired characters! However the distinctive coloring style found in Exocolonist is--at this time--not a style I can be commissioned for.
 
I will not draw: 

• Custom game sprites such as what you would encounter in a narrative event or overworld

• Portraits in the Exo style like Sol's mood drawings

• ​Exosona designs as a custom adopt
• Exosona illustrations in my own style
• Illustrations of existing Exocolonist characters  (This one may have exceptions. This is not affected by my "No canon character/OC pairing" preference)

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my commission take?

• Smaller pieces 1-3 weeks, larger pieces 3-8 weeks. If I estimate I will take longer I will be sure to notify you!

Do you do custom bases for tags or adopts?

• Nope, aside from Micro Chibis.

Is there a limit to how much I can order?

• Slots are accepted per commission type rather than per person. The only limit is the slots that are available!

Can you work from photos?

• Yes, as long as they are clear and show every view necessary for your commission. If you are sending photo references of people, please specify whether I should be aiming for realism or a stylized representation. Photo references get charged extra.

Can you work from descriptions?

• I will only work from descriptions for Design commissions, this includes combination photos and descriptions.

I only have unfinished references or Picrews, can you still work from those? 

• Picrews and partial references are all acceptable, if you have small changes that can be described through words. However, if your reference does not show enough information (a headshot reference for a fullbody drawing) I cannot work from these without some design work. Please consider my Quick References where I can design an outfit for you.

What is the difference between Colored Sketches and Gloss Illustrations? 

• Gloss Illustrations come with more sketch options, as well as more dynamic sketches and have a very clean finish. If you don't really see a difference, I recommending choosing a Colored Sketch.

Can I use my commission for _____ or on another website?

•  Most likely, yes! See the T.O.S. for more detailed usage policies. All commissions listed are for personal use only.

Are you available for work on my book/game/large project?

• If you're looking for work on a commercial project, send me an email through my portfolio site/contact form and I'd be happy to tell you my availability!

Do you do birthday/ Christmas/ anniversary gifts?

• I love being commissioned for gifts! Message me with a good amount of time buffer and I'll see if I can help you out. 

I am a Vtuber/Streamer, does that count as personal use?

• If you are a Partnered streamer and plan to use your commission as part of your official assets (overlay, transition screens, etc) or self-promotion, I consider that commercial use.
• If you are an Affiliate, hobbyist, or new streamer, and under 3k followers I consider this personal use. However, I require my work to be credited, and I am currently not creating assets beyond what I already offer.
• If at any level of monetization you plan on reproducing the work as merchandise, I consider that commercial use.
